Our founding
In 2018, Pierson and Gina founded Lunar Solar Group, one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. Pierson led acquisition, while Gina championed retention marketing, which covered strategy for email, SMS, loyalty, referrals, and subscription management.
Their work in subscription management helped launch and scale ecommerce programs for top brands like Olipop, Super Coffee, and VitaCoco.
By 2021, after years of building solutions for hundreds of brands on legacy platforms, they realized that the available technology treated subscriptions as mere payment collectors rather than the performance channel they knew it could be.

The idea for Stay was born — A subscription platform where you could A/B test free gifts to cut down churn; you could use cross-sells to boost AOV; and where all tools were drag and drop so it was easy for anyone (not just developers) to use.
Stay was built for marketers, by marketers. We continue to be the market leader in the e-commerce subscription space, constantly introducing new features to help merchants grow and scale their subscription businesses.
